Our museum presents the centuries-long history of Lviv and the various peoples who lived together and contributed to the city’s development between the 9th and 18th centuries. The historical information featured in the exhibition has been provided by academic institutions, museums, and leading scholars from Ukraine and Poland.

You may hold your own views on certain historical events, and we respect that. At the same time, our team has devoted significant effort to creating these exhibitions based exclusively on scholarly research and verified historical sources.
